SHIPPING

We offer FREE SHIPPING to all around the world!

All items are shipped in 1-2 days after ordering and the shipping takes about 6-18 days to Europe and about 5-15 days to US.

Our prices do NOT include any taxes and duties and we are not responsible if they add up.

 

DOLL BEAUTY is not responsible for any lost items. If your tracking information states that your order is delivered and you have'nt received it you must contact your local carrier service.

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

No returns or exchanges! All sales are final!

Returns: All items must be returned to DOLL BEAUTY within 14 days of receipt. Item must be unworn and unwashed in the bundle with tags. If an item is not returned in the same condition in which it was sent, it will be denied.

Returns for a refund to your original payment method (PayPal) will require a handling & processing fee of USD9.00, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Exchanges: No exchanges
